Information we collect
Account details may include your name, email address, mobile number, country and login security records. Creator onboarding may include your public name, profile photograph, location, languages, social-media handles, audience statistics, engagement information, content categories, portfolio links, availability, collaboration preferences and rate card.
Verification and transaction records may include administrator review notes, collaboration responses, invitations, messages, deliverables, disputes, rewards, payment status and legally required identity or tax details. Sensitive verification information must never be displayed on a public creator profile.

What other members can see
Approved brands and agencies may see information intentionally published to your creator profile, including your display name, profile image, general location, social channels, audience signals, categories, work preferences, availability, starting rates and verified collaboration indicators.
Your password, OTP codes, private administrator notes, full tax identifiers and payment credentials are not public. Exact contact details should be disclosed only according to the marketplace’s approved connection workflow.
Storage, sharing and retention
Information may be shared with infrastructure, communications, identity, analytics and payment providers only where required to operate FairCollab. Transaction and compliance records may be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting and dispute purposes. Retention periods and international data-transfer safeguards must be finalised for every launch country before production.
Your choices and rights
You may update your profile, disconnect optional social links, change availability and withdraw marketing consent. Depending on your country, you may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion of personal data. Some transaction and legal records may need to be retained.
Privacy requests should be submitted through the verified account support channel published by FairCollab before launch.
